Return Policy:

   - Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

   - Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.


3. Return Shipping:

   - Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

   - We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is received safely.

   - Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item as outlined above.

   - Provide photographs of the damaged or defective item(s) along with your order number for expedited assistance.

   - We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or defective item, including any applicable return shipping costs.

     - Personalized or custom-made items

     - Perishable goods

     - Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., undergarments, swimwear)
